With your knowledge, passion for cannabis, and dedication to exceptional customer service, you’ll help guide customers through their cannabis journey, ensuring a seamless and informative shopping experience while adhering to all regulatory standards.
Inventory Specialist
As an Inventory Specialist, you will be a key player in maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of all cannabis product inventory across the dispensary. You’ll be responsible for overseeing inventory movement from receipt to sale, ensuring alignment with New York State Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) regulations, Metric requirements, and internal standard operating procedures. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, a strong understanding of compliance protocols, and seamless cross-functional collaboration with sales, fulfillment, and compliance teams to ensure the dispensary operates efficiently and lawfully.
Sales Lead
Sales Leads serve as the primary point of contact during, overseeing daily operations, supervising Sales Associates, and ensuring that the operation runs smoothly and efficiently. They bridge the gap between frontline Associates and Management, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
